Last Xmas, during the crazy shopping period, one thing I noticed was just how many people are going in for buying those fancy home theatre outfits. Waiting outside the large electrical store one evening I found it amusing in a way the high number of people staggering out to their car carrying, or pushing in a trolley, enormous boxes containing those plasma TV’s and sound systems. Obviously there are a lot of people around not too short of money because those things are not cheap!
We don’t have such stuff in our place…not enough space but we do have a decent sized TV sitting on one of those standard floor stands that came with it. Bit of a worry actually especially when the little one’s were at the crawling stage - I was always worried the TV would topple over onto them - I have heard about such things happening. The idea would be to make sure, if you have bought yourself one of those home cinema systems , that the equipment is safe and well secured on a plasma mount.
Having spent a small fortune on your new TV with it’s plasma or LCD screen you will not want sticky little fingers all over the screen plus you will want it to occupy as less space around it as possible.
A mount like this should keep your screen safe. Good investment!
