Tony Blair cancels book signings to avoid anti-war protestors.

Having seen Tony Blair on various television shows recently the man comes across as a smug, cheesy-grinning snake. The release of his new book has seen him making personal appearances in book stores to do the usual ‘signings’ but to date each have been marked by angry protesters.

Seeing him this morning on Daybreak (ITV) made me angry at how he still refuses to acknowledge the feelings of the British people about the war in Iraq, his contempt was there for all to see – why should there NOT be people protesting about this damn war – HIS war? the smarmy git has retired, moved on in his life, raking in a fortune and yet British men and women are still fighting a war that he helped to start. He didn’t call time on the death and destruction when he retired….

This man is devoid of any normal feelings of contrition or guilt for his actions and a complete stranger to the concept of ‘truth’. His policies have eroded life for the people of this nation, filled it with migrants both illiterate and illegal, left the taxpayers with a class of lazy people too self-entitled to go out and work. His excuse for cancelling the signings was ‘too much hassle for the police’ – in fact the man, arrogant to the end, just cannot accept how many people in this nation abhor him for what he has done.

How self-indulgent and futile to be peddling his memoirs at a time when the British people still have strong ‘memoirs’ of his time as Prime Minister and the damage he wrought on the United Kingdom. Who the hell does he think he is fooling…?
