wow this is too much for me too handle!….how could you do such a thing to a wonderful inocent child like that!…she was so pretty, but yet so clueless!!…i dont think i could ever have been apart of something so wicked in life…i think that her mother should do her whole life in jail and so sould the man that had something to do with it!…i can’t believe this happen…what a life we live..a world we live in!..but never the less…at least she’s in a much better place than witht the evil pepople she was with!!!…..RIP Shaniya Davis…!! love Dominique Rush!!…and my Heart and Prayers does go out to the family!

Fading away already??? this crazy! something about this story does not sit right with me and like I said that dad was waaay too composed during those press calls for my liking – he made one hell of a speech at a time when he should have been doubled over with grief and shock! the stepmothers face was like concrete…

Wendy, thank you for posting the story (what we know for now) about this little girl. How horrifying and sad. That poor baby! I am confused about her situation, pictures depict a beautiful, well groomed, cared for girl, yet,these circumstances are bizarre to say the least. I think mom is a crack “ho” that dad got high with and …ooops! a baby. Why he let Shaniyah go with her????
The photo is heartbreaking…a trusting baby in a monsters arms.
Already, the story is fading away which is infuriating! North Carolina IS a death penalty state and I hope it is utilised. We must fight the bleeding hearts who feel SORRY for the wrong people!!!! If we cant protect our children, what kind of people ARE we?

It is shocking and the sight of that little girl in that man’s arms – so seemingly calm – makes you feel like screaming out. The thought of the fate she was to suffer soon afterwards is too much to bear – there is no possible defence any lawyer could put up for this animal, hang him I say.

I have taken this so personal, I guess having a 7 year old bi-racial child does not help much, this is a horrible thing that has happen that poor baby imagine what was running through her head through out this ordeal is just umbelievable. I am speechless and may this baby be at peace. I am sickened with the disgusting mother and this trash that is seen holding her on this image..
