It is still acting today according to same principles for the same purposes; to put families, children as the German Jurisdiction under the control of a local political institution (the JUGENDAMT it is NOT an administrative entity)and let the world's community in the belief it would be a nice acting and children protecting entity. The real function of the JUGENDAMT has been hidden by Germans over 70 years. Even the German President of the European Parliament, Mr Poettering, has deny a public discussion within a plenary session on the topic JUGENDAMT. What is to be hidden ? The primary function of this, according to democratic principles, illegal institution is to put any non German parent, any binational child under the German state's political control in order to prevent them to leave the country. Germany will lost over 15 mio inhabitants within the next 50 years. Therefore, it's Governement has instrumentalised it's administration to torn away any child from parent that could leave the country under the cover of the German law. Victims of this 'deutsch-legale' politic are even the children of still married and loving couples, even the children of two non German fellow citizens living on German soil.
