You have got to admit that motorists who do this kind of thing really need a particular style of sorting out should the drenched pedestrian ever get his/her hands on the driver…
If it has not happened to you then you at least have seen it happen to someone else; it’s been raining, there’s deep puddles of water along the kerb and you are walking along the footpath when some mindless goon deliberately speeds through the puddle which throws up the water all over you. And it is deliberate so let’s not give the mongrels a shred of a benefit of the doubt.
One idiot female, Kerry Callard, did such a thing and drenched some school students at a bus stop on purpose while her moron of a male partner, Alec Goff, actually recorded the incident on video then posted it on YouTube. She now faces prosecution and so she bloody well should! if I took a bucket of dirty water and threw it over the bloke walking past me two things will happen: a) he will most likely floor me with one hit (just as I would do…) and b) report me for assault. And it is a form of assault this so-called happy splashing and it is as mindless a prank as it is would be to throw a bucket of water over anybody in the street and then expect them to laugh about it.
What she did was dangerous – deliberately aiming her car at the kerb where a group of teenagers were standing and in wet conditions one slip and she could have been facing manslaughter charges. It would not be the first time a supposed ‘joke’ has turned into a tragedy.

grow up.
she was doing 30mph, the kids asked her to so she obliged.
although i suppose she could have gone into the middle of the road to avoid the puddle and colided with the van on the opposite side of the road who also was driving through just as big a puddle.
‘cultured view’?
quite.
‘Asked her’…? they were on the footpath and she was in her car…
If someone asked you to throw petrol on them and light a match would you…?
Someone needs to ‘grow up’ and it ain’t me big boy!
No – ‘Cultured VIEWS’…
