The first thing that really amazes you is the idea that this female is a ‘hair and beauty student’. If so then take a good look at her girls because who would want that coming anywhere near them with a make-up brush…look at the state of her!!! this dear readers the hard-faced, fag-smoking hag, Siobhan O’Dowd, who posted a sick tribute page on Facebook devoted to glorifying the criminal actions and suicide of murderer Raoul Moat.
Unfortunately, but not surprisingly, this page attracted thousands of tribute comments as more than 38,000 fellow idiots signed up as members of the group O’Dowd had set up. Just like someone you would see on Jeremy ad heKyle’s show, O’Dowd proves that old theory to be true that there are some sick and twisted women who are fascinated by vicious and sadistic men. Well Ms O’Dowd – justify your actions to the children of this man, PC David Rathband (below) who may be blinded for life after your hero blasted him in the face…
This 21 year old ( I know, she looks much older…) single mother (yep, she just had to be one of those…) has been shamed into removing her twisted tribute page from the socially and culturally vacuous website Facebook after a huge public backlash and even pressure from the Prime Minister David Cameron. But no doubt she remains unrepentant for her totally insensitive actions and as a mother herself one has to question how she would feel if she were the mother of one of his recent victims…?
I doubt this morally bankrupt idiot would even give a damn about them.

I completely agree with this this except for one thing…single mother? one of those? I am a working single mother who works very hard. Dont paint us with the same brush, this tramp of a girls needs a good slap in the face though
This woman belongs to the category that we are all too familiar with – they recognise themselves, we all do – be proud of the person you are because there are many others like you

What she did was wrong but resorting to name calling says a lot more about you than it does about her.

How do you know she is unrepentant, have you spoken to her? You talk about her libeling people on Facebook yet you blatantly slander her on your website. I’m not defending her but your hate-filled comments shock me, especially on a website called “Cultured Views”. Do you know what cultured means?
My dear, if I ‘shock’ you then move on – I suggest you set your google security settings to ‘high’ as I would not wish you to fall upon the more darker elements of the internet which no doubt would, if you happened on them, cause you some serious and long term trauma.
I suggest you find something better and more educational to google next time other than ‘Siobhan O’Dowd’…though she does sport one of those cute little Celtic names that only the Irish themselves can pronounce to their satisfaction.
