I was at the gym this morning and flipping through a newspaper there when I saw an article that made me choke on my powerade – Stephen Barker and his brother Jason Owen are to appeal their recent convictions and their efforts will be financed by the British taxpayer.
That’s them to the left – as if nobody knows them by now…and to hell with those unfair reporting restrictions. We are footing their immoral actions, we are paying their legal team’s bills, so we have every right to know their names and what their ugly faces look like.
Barker has launched an attempt to overturn his convictions for the rape of Peter Connolly’s sister and the part he played in the little boy’s death. In a move that defies all logic and belief in what is loosely termed as British Justice his lawyers have now lodged papers appealing against both convictions and both sentences with the Court of Appeal. The same is being done on behalf of Barker’s brother Jason Owen, whose name was changed to try and protect the identity of the child-killing Stephen Barker.
The role that mother Tracey Connolly plays in this disgusting state of affairs highlights the vile individual that she is. She denied all the allegations against Barker, leaving no reasonable person in doubt that the evil trio systematically conspired to inflict as much pain and suffering on that little boy as possible until he died and then continued to do so in order to try to get out of paying for their repugnant crimes.
Now, courtesy of the British taxpayer, representatives of our supposedly ‘admired’ legal system are aiding and abhetting their efforts to escape justice. That little boy lies scattered as ashes – and we are paying British lawyers for them to be ground into the earth with the soles of their filthy shoes.
Makes you proud to be British eh folks…?
And now for the final insult…
There was some hope recently when, in response to the outcry over the lenient sentencing of Tracey Connolly, Stephen Barker and Jason Owen, the case was taken up by Attorney General Baroness Scotland.
She was to revise the ludicrous sentences passed down by Judge Stephen Kramer QC and explore the possibility of them being extended – proper time to match the crime. But we were all dreaming if we thought justice was going to be served in this case.
Baroness Scotland has decided that there is not going to be a revision of the sentences and the trio of murderers will not spend any extra time in prison for what they did to little Peter. In fact, as I said above, two of the monsters just might get out of it all together. She has stated that the sentences were “entirely merited”.
That this announcement comes from a public servant – as is the position of Attorney General – is bad enough, but one that is a woman just makes me sick. Or am I being incredibly naive there to assume a woman would look at this differently…
Yes I am. In her decision Baroness Scotland has effectively proclaimed that Peter’s suffering and murder was, in the end, ‘entirely merited’. In my opinion these three are only being imprisoned to protect them from public reprisals and not for what they did to that poor little boy. If anyone sitting in a position of power had any balls - the Baroness included – those three would never see the light of day again.

Just a reminder about what was done to Peter Connolly…
It has to be asked, not for the first time and certainly not the last: Just how bad does it have to be for justice to be served that suits the crime. If a baby being tortured and killed is not ‘bad enough’ then god help children in this nation. A nation where the best interests of the criminal always comes first.

Hi Wendy.
I cannot believe even the mother won´t admit the Barkers guild. I thought they where blaming each other. By the way, I think the pictures of the men you are showing are both Jason Owen (with different hairstyles) Apparently there was until reasonly only a picture of the stepdad from when he was fifteen, but now a newer one has seen the daylight. I found it on a website called ” People you´´ll see in hell” I don´t know how to copy it. Maybe you can.
How come they still don´t write their names in the english papers. In Denmark, where I live, the papers wrote their names when they covered the convictions.

Hi Lone, thanks for pointing that out to me. It is very interesting that you say the media in Denmark are publishing the details about these three – but then again the UK courts have no jurisdiction outside the UK so it makes you wonder just how effective are these so-called ‘reporting restrictions’?
This site is now hosted in America – the authorities had it taken offline back in May during the courtcase but it was hosted in the UK then…the Americans have a thing called the First Amendment – protection of freedom of speech, freedom of the press. This site now enjoys those freedoms.
Besides, there are other cases in court right now where a child has been killed through abuse and the parents (killers) are named in full even though there are other children within the family. So why the hell are these three protected?
Not to protect any remaining children – I am sure their carers will be doing that and plus there would be no reprisals against them – it is done to protect the criminals in this case and we have the Human Rights Act to thank for it.
Hi Girls
Just read this latest development. Am I surprised, No! I still wonder how their lawyers can sleep at night though. Do they not look at their children and think that the monsters they are defending killed a little baby? You must have no principles to defend scum like these.
Of course yet again, the legal aid system covers the expenses. I think the legal system is bullshit and has let Peter down once too often. The only way of sorting these three out is behind bars.
They may watch over their shoulders because someday someone may get a pop at them and pay them back for what they did to little Peter because the judicial system certainly won’t. Violence is all that these cretins understand and I live in hope someone makes them pay dearly.
Jan as I said, they are in prison only for their own protection – neither would identify the other as the actual killer and normally that would get such a case thrown out of court in other circumstances. They have not been sentenced for what they did to Peter, they are in prison because their lawyers fear for their safety…for some sick reason.
You would think that Tracey Connolly, in order to get as little time as possible, would come out and say that Barker killed her baby (as the teenaged girlfriend of Owen stated…) – but that would require a tiny amount of humanity and conscience – of which she has none whatsoever. She is as determined to save that sadistic monster as much as her own vile skin – and those lawyers are fighting for their human rights. I just cannot get my head around it.
Just goes to show she isn’t sorry about Peter if she is still defending Barker. She couldn’t care less and I’ve even read she said ‘what’s the big deal?’ If anyone has read her letters printed in The Sun recently, she doesn’t sound like someone who cries everyday about her son like she stated in her letter to the judge. She doesn’t even mention Peter and just writes about feeling bored in there. I’m so disgusted with the sentences they got and now hearing the sentences will remain unchanged. What is wrong with the UK law? Why keep these scumbags alive? How can they allow any of them to walk the streets again? It’s so maddening.
I’m from Mumbai, India, I was in the UK till last December, and since I know about baby Peter, I have started looking at every parent with the suspicion that they too may be abusing their children in some or the other way. I myself have a child around baby Peter’s age (if he were alive) and I cannot bear to even scold him since I have been reading about little Peter over the last 11 months. This incident has left such a deep scar on my mind, I feel, it was better to have not known about him ever…

sadly, baby Peter still does not get justice, his killers will be out soon and his mom is waiting to have “one long vacation”….God Bless You, little Peter…watch over every kid who is being harmed by the very people who are supposed to protect them….
-a very distressed mother
I understand how you feel. I am the mother of five sons, my two youngest are five and seven, and this sad story has made me see many things differently over the past year. My children get an extra big hug at bedtime these days and I often wonder why some children are lucky to have parents who adore them when so many, like Peter, are condemned to mothers like Tracey Connelly. One thing is certain though – what happened to Peter, and little Brianna Lopez, has made me doubt the existence of any benevolent God…
I always thought there was a special God for children, sadly I am wrong.
yes, u r right…. thats the only question I have for God too…
I dont know why God brings suffering to children..
not only Peter but babies who are born with abnormalities, also those having diseases like cancer, tumour, heart problems…
there are so many childless couples who keep praying and spending all their earnings just to conceive and yet God does not bless them with children and u have stone-hearted women like Tracey Conelly who has a brood, whom she neglects and at the same time enjoys the benefits she gets through them. what a shameless b!tch
I recently saw a pic posted on the web of Stephen Barker staring at baby P, face-to-face. It was so horrific, poor Peter was so helpless.
Love U Peter ALWAYS
I am absolutely disgusted with the mother and the two men involved with this very tragic story. I have not stopped crying since I read this very sad story about Peter Connolly. How any person on this earth can do something so horrendous is beyond me. I have two little babies and my eldest would be less than a year younger than this precious baby peter if he survived to be a happy and very healthy adult who was cruelly taken from him and his sister who will never forget her brother and those very sad memories she has. I could never in my life allow what happened happen to him and his sister as a mother like every mother in this world you are supposed to protect them no matter what. So in saying that, that woman never deserved the precious angels she was given. My opinion is they should all be sentenced to death which I know will never compare to what Peter suffered.
R.I.P Peter Connolly
Jason Owen is absolute scum: http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-1205674/Evil-brothers-broke-Baby-Peter-tortured-gran-make-change-will.html
How can he be allowed in society – for what he did to his Gran he should be locked up forever?
Everyone in a non-emergency job should take strike action until he is jailed for life – maybe then the stupid ‘justice’ system would take notice. Baby P was a lovely innocent victim and I’m sure would’ve been a kind, gentle person in direct contrast to Owen and his brother!
It would be interesting to know just how much potential this child had if only he had been removed from that woman and that house when he should have been. ALL children have the potential to be gentle and kind – given the sadistic way he was treated I wonder how he would have turned out had he lived…
Thanks for the feedback Wendy. I suppose I was suggesting that it was obvious that Baby P was good inherantly/instinctively – the eyes are the windows to the soul would be my explanation. In my view only an instinctively/inherantly bad person who enjoys hurting others or can at least do so without hesitation could act like Jason Owen and his brother have done. So did they really ever have the potential to be gentle and kind? I think firstly that all children should be treated kindly and taught to do the same to others but I honestly believe that where it is obvious from an early age that a child lacks sensitivity to others pain/has intent to hurt other children with full knowledge of doing so then that is a warning sign that something should be done. Also somebody like Steven Barker who treats animals so appalingly should have been locked away purely on that basis – it would have saved Baby P of course but should people be left to mistreat in cruel horiffic ways other creatures like he did anyway?
Peter I prefer to believe that this child would have been one of those who would have been okay had he been saved in time and from what I have read in the past he needed to have been out of that house and away from that woman before the age of five. Of course left in such an environment, once a child reaches the age of 7, 8 or even 10 they will almost surely have behavioural issues including violent tendencies – this is why these social workers need to forget about ‘fixing’ these hopeless situations and just concentrate on removing the child while he/she is still a baby or toddler. Why is this not done is what angers me – babies and toddlers surely are easier to foster and adopt out than an older child who has seen too much violence and been relentlessly abused – it can often be too late by then.
This child has/had a softness in his eyes that says to me he probably would have grown into a gentle and loving individual – but he was not given that chance.
I was so happy to read that baby Peter’s killer was attacked by a fellow inmate…a single punch dropped him on the floor, he did the same thing a thousand times to a vulnerable and helpless child…. hope he at least felt for a second how baby Peter must have felt each time he was tortured ….its just a tiny drop in the ocean but I ddi feel good after I read it….way to go…..u deserve a Knighthood for kicking this pig’s a**……
