Yep, tomorrow as happens every four years, February lasts for just one extra day ( can anyone tell me why this is?…) and according to tradition we all know what this means…!
Single men everywhere will be quaking in their boots over the next 24 hours, watching their girlfriends like hawks and trying to ensure that she hasn’t gone and booked a table for two in a romantic restaurant. They will be steering her away from anything that resembles a jewellers shop with rings on display; they will be studiously avoiding her loving glances and ignoring nervously her little hints about such things as the rest of our lives…committment.
Get ready guys because tomorrow, the 29th February, is the day that we girls get to propose!! I hear that leap year is a popular time for places like monasteries to see a jump in enrollments…aahh, cowards aren’t they?
