There just has to be something to give people like this who are just so utterly loopy as to defy description! I mean, England is being pounded by the worst storms, huge seas, massive waves and what do some people do?…oh, lets put the baby in the pram and take him for a walk by the sea front…duh!!

And as for this guy who thought a stroll on the sand was the perfect idea in violent weather…what a shame he wasn’t blown inside out just like his umbrella. The thing is these no-brainers go out, get injured or stranded and others have to risk their lives in order to save them!

The hunt is on for the No Brain Award…but these people have earned it early.
