I have given this issue it’s own category because it is an evil being perpetrated in one of the founding nations of the European Union. One woman has related her own story – yet another – of how her daughter was stolen by ‘Youth Welfare’ authorities 38 years ago when she deemed to be ‘unfit’ as a mother. This is still happening today and the fight against the evil of The Jugendamt continues. I have sent emails to the BBC and it’s investigative program Panorama requesting that it look into this story and the people affected and caught up in it…so far nothing. It seems it is too big and too explosive to handle…

Over seventy years ago in Germany the plans were well in place to remove certain members of the population from it’s society – those deemed ‘non Aryan’ were systematically rounded up and shipped like cattle to be exterminated by it’s high functioning killing machine. It succeeded beyond it’s wildest dreams with far too few of those responsible punished for the millions of lives that were wiped out. The questions were asked: “How could a nation that was so cultured, that was responsible for such a rich contribution to the world of music, art and literature also be responsible for the ugliest and most abominable scheme ever perpetrated on mankind?”

What is it about the German psyche that makes it so capable of such mechanical orchestration, as well as justification, of acts of sheer atrocity?

You think that Germany learned any lessons following the Nuremburg Trials…? think again – for the Third Reich, and all it stood for, never crumbled and sank into ashes, it simply went to ground and slowly re-emerged with an agenda just as evil and possibly more frightening as the original model. The victims this time?…children – families – the complete and utter control of innocent lives – the basic human rights of children and their parents.

Employing methods reminiscent of those of the gestapo, children have become the property of the German State; children are removed from foreign parents who have no means of defence, placed ‘in care of the State’ and never seen or heard of again. Many suffer extreme abuse and are killed in institutions staffed by bullies and sadistic inmates.

I have received emails from desperate fathers who have seen their children taken to Germany by German wives where they simply disappear – despite all attempts to even gain contact the German state effectively blocks every attempt by fathers to see or speak to their children. German-born children of foreign parents are removed and adopted out against the wishes of either parent – example.

“Yes, the Jugendamt was set up as an arm of the German Third Reich to exert state control over families and children, and still serves that function. It and the courts kept me out of Germany for 17 years (put me in prison twice when I tried to enter to see my children), for no reason except to keep a foreign father out so the children would be raised 100% German. Now they are adults, but absolutely and totally filled with brainwashing by the mother against me, so they do not wish to contact me. I could see two of them briefly, and the third not at all. and I perceive that they are psychologically damaged and cannot trust other people. Germany has been fined 4 times by the European Court of Human Rights keeping foreign fathers away from their half-German children, but the Jugendamt has not changed and will not until there is severe international pressure.”

From Micheal Hickman:

“Following the international child abduction of my children John-Michael and Sebastain Richard Hickman to Germany by their German mother and German Grandparents the nazi institution known as Jugendamt got involved, they made sure that I had no contact whatsoever to my children who had been taken unlawfully to Germany they ensured that my children be held hostage in Germany for 14 years. The Jugendamt has repeatedly used Gestapo terror methods to attempt to intimidate me, they have used nazi methods to rob my children of half of their identities, they have robbed my children of their English heritage, they have made my children into good obedient subservient German citizens. Every crime that could have been committed against my children and their entire English family has been committed by the German Jugendamt in close co-operation with the German family court and the German politician Dr Uwe Biester, they have blatantly and deliberately violated every right that they could ever possibly violated. Not much appears to have changed in Germany since the German nation under the leadership of their beloved Chancellor Adolf Hitler attacked the nations of Europe in 1940 causing the deaths of over 43 million people, who murdered over 14 million in cold blood, who allowed hundreds of thousands possibly millions to die of hunger or disease in forced labour camps.

Enough is enought the nations of the free world must finally rise up and stop the continualtion of  these atrocites and crimes against humanity being deliberately commited against Germans and foreigners alike by the German politicians and officials.

The children John-Micheal and Sebastain Hickman are South African children who have and continue to have their fundamental freedoms and human rights blatantly and deliberately violated by a regime in German that shows no difference in idealogy and actions to the regime of Adolph Hitler…”

I have been contacted by a lady in Germany who is frightened for the welfare of her grandchildren and yet is too scared to notify authorities because the Jugendamt will take her grandchildren away never to be seen again, or worse – killed while in it’s ‘care’. In many cases parents hear or see nothing of their abducted children until an invoice for their funeral costs arrives in the post…

Children abducted by authorities within Germany – children abducted to Germany; it is very clear that a state of emergency now exists which the German State is doing it’s best to suppress all details about. To date this has been relatively easy for them to do – all documents produced at the UN are suppressed as German is not an official language of the UN.

Peter Briody of EUCARS says a Protest Letter was presented to the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights in February 2009 in the hope that it will investigate this appalling situation – he says…

“We intend to make use some of the parameters of the Ryan Report, because the German State does not have the integrity for that amount of self-criticism…”

The Ryan Report, as we are all aware, was the result of an investigation into the abuse of children in institutions and by members of the clergy in Ireland. When the findings are finally released about what is happening in Germany I am sure they will shock the civilised world.

This is an issue I am taking up and it is one that will continue here on this site for as long as it takes for the victims of this unspeakable and almost unbelievable state of affairs to receive justice.

We have all questioned the way the social services operate here in the United Kingdom; why are abused children like baby Peter Connolly not removed from their homes and abusers – why is there not a facility in place for Govt authorities to remove children deemed ‘at risk’ from their dangerous environments – and just recently the case of a woman who was considered “too stupid” to care for her own child and thus the child was taken from her by a court order.

We all want a system which can identify children at-risk and act immediately to protect and save them; we all want a facility that will do this effectively and without acting so impulsively that it get’s things wrong. The fact is things do go wrong and authorities do make mistakes and remove well cared for children from good parents.

But what about a system which actively seeks to do this and does it on a massive scale with full endorsement from the government…? what about a system which literally walks – often smashes it’s way – into a woman’s home, scoops up her children and takes them away to a mental insitution to be abused and even murdered – and on nothing more than a whim…?

May I introduce such a system: The German Jugendamt.

What I have discovered about this organisation simply defies belief; ‘Jugendamt’ is a polite term for ‘Youth Welfare Organisation’ and is meant to be responsible for the care and protection of German youth. The Germans have a history of coming up with polite terms for sinister activities – the Final Solution never referred to something you put in the washing machine…

A lady named Kerstin has told me some of her own story which are, believe me, only the tip of the iceberg. Kerstin is one of the thousands of parents whose children were removed – abducted is the correct word – for no reason whatsoever. Her son Simon tells his own story here – her daughter Agnes Eva-Maria cannot because she is dead, killed while in the hands of the Jugendamt. Kerstin is fighting to destroy the Jugendamt but she is running out of time – Kerstin has an inoperable brain tumour. She is joined by many others who are fighting to get the authorities of the European Union to recognise what is happening in Germany, to heed the appalling violation of children’s human rights in that country.

So far the EU refuses to acknowledge these crimes and claims that it cannot interfere in a member nation’s policies – utter rubbish!

This issue involves children in institutions, children in foster care who are supposed to be subject to protection orders, children who are deemed mentally ill and placed in institutions for ‘their own good’, children who are simply removed from good, caring parents for no reason at all. These children are wilfully stolen to satisfy the demands of an evil trade…
