How appropriate that British MP’s are having to consider debating the re-introduction of the death penalty at this time. Jason Barker Owen was spirited out of prison yesterday, undercover to protect him of course, after serving just 24 months of a six year sentence for his involvement in the torture and killing of 17 month old Peter Connelly almost four years ago.

Having been clothed, fed and watered for the past two years he will be housed in approved accommodation, paid benefits out of our taxes and supposedly monitored. Has this creature been rehabilitated…? I very much doubt it – once a child killer always a child killer. Has he been punished…? no way. Two years – twenty-four months – 104 weeks…for the horrific abuse and death that little Peter Connelly suffered and at the same time a young yob has just received a sentence of sixteen months in prison for urinating on a war memorial.

Why does British justice let so many of our children down?

Consider this:

a) The former head of Haringey Council’s children’s services department, Sharon Shoesmith, made the decision NOT to remove 17 month old Peter Connelly from his abusive and dangerous home. He was eventually found dead in his cot with over 70 injuries to his tiny body including a broken back, missing teeth and torn out fingernails.

b) A doctor saw him one week prior to his death and dismissed him simply as a ‘cranky, unco-operative patient’. Baby Peter was dead within five days with injuries on his body several weeks and months old.

c) Social workers paid over 60 visits to the house where baby Peter lived and yet noticed nothing despite the filthy, squalid conditions he was living in and the sadistic thug who was living in the house with his mother. They noticed nothing amiss when they saw him three days before his death…tied into a stroller with a broken spine.

d) Tracey Connelly, Stephen Barker and Jason Owen-Barker – the trio who tortured, abused and killed 17 month old Peter Connelly, escape murder convictions and instead are convicted of ‘allowing the death of a child’.

Outcomes…

a) Sharon Shoesmith doggedly fought her sacking after baby Peter’s death – she is about to be awarded £1million in compensation for ‘wrongful dismissal’ even though her department, under her leadership, failed at every given opportunity to save the life of baby Peter. Will £1million buy her a good night’s sleep…?

b) The doctor who saw baby Peter a week before his death and failed to examine him correctly – thus missing the chance to notice his broken back and other injuries – has been recently reinstated to resume practising medicine in the NHS. For Dr Jerome Ikwueke it is business as usual.

c) The social workers whose repeated visits to the cesspit of a home in which baby Peter lived and suffered and resulted in nothing being done to help him, have been reinstated and still maintain their jobs today.

d) Jason Owen-Barker is due to be released from prison after just three years. Baby Peter’s mother, Tracey Connelly, is due for release from prison within 12 months having served less than four years in prison. Stephen Barker – who delivered the violent blow which killed baby Peter – still remains in prison. There is a price on his head but is kept well protected at great cost to the British taxpayer.

The victim of the appalling actions of all the above adults, 17 month old Peter Connelly, remains dead to this day. No second chances for him.

Jason Barker Owen, one of the evil trio who tortured and killed 17 month old Peter Connelly, is to be released from prison in August after serving his paltry sentence. Only one person will be happy to see him – his girlfriend, the mother of four of his children. Sources say this female has been shouting from the rooftops to anyone who will listen that this creature is ‘totally innocent’ of anything to do with the suffering that poor baby endured in the house Jason Barker Owen lived in. Typical – there is always a female who will stand by a man like him. She deserves the same derision and revulsion for her actions that her man has earned for his.

When Jason Barker Owen walks out a free man into a society he sickened and enraged so deeply, I hope and trust he will have to look over his shoulder everywhere he goes. Hopefully someone, somewhere, will give him the only welcome he deserves…

Of the three pieces of scum who made the life of 17 month old baby Peter Connelly a living nightmare until he was killed by their collective effort, Jason Barker-Owen, the lodger who lived in that house of depravity, was always going to be the first one out of prison. The bastard was sentenced to four years for his part in the torture, abuse and death of little Peter and will be released within the next six weeks. This is a man who not only stood by and watched as this poor child was tormented to death but he also took part in the sadistic crimes carried out on the child; he once boasted to classmates at a woodwork course about what he and his scumbag brother, Stephen Barker, had been doing ‘to someone’ and admitted that they ‘might have gone too far this time…’ – it later emerged he was referring to holding the baby’s hand while Barker pulled out his fingernails with pliers.

This repulsive monster is to be released soon and is requesting a new identity so that he can set up house near the sea in Kent with his girlfriend – and their respective children – and not be bothered in his ‘new life’. So many things about this is so wrong; his being released AT ALL, his demanding a new identity so HE does not have to be harassed, that he and his slapper will be given a tax-payer funded house to live in…and that this monster will be having contact with children after what he and his brother did to little Peter Connelly. Where is the balance in how crimes are punished these days…a British teenager, Ryan Cleary, faces ten years in prison for hacking into websites and yet this bastard gets less than four years for his participation in the horrific torture and death of a baby.

Natural justice will eventually catch up with Jason Owen as it will his brother Stephen Barker and Peter’s mother, Tracey Connelly – whether that is in the form of a terminal illness, a horrible accident, some occurrence that will cause THEM unbearable pain and suffering – I believe that all three will one day get what they deserve. But three pieces of rope could have done it better…

If there was ever a female who should never be allowed anywhere near a child ever again it surely has to be Tracey Connelly, the evil witch who is serving an ever-decreasing sentence in Low Newton Prison for the torture and murder of her 17 month old son Peter. Connelly has been bragging in letters to an acquaintance that her remaining children, three daughters, have been brought to visit her in prison although at this stage they know nothing about societies feelings towards their mother – one day though they will learn what kind of mother they have.

But Connelly however never mentions the little boy who suffered and died while she stood by and watched. She never speaks about little Peter, it is as if he never existed. You sometimes have to wonder that, with hindsight, maybe it would have been better if he hadn’t.

Those girls of hers deserve many things but they do not deserve to be obliged to a mother like that…

Early Release…?

It appears that Tracey Connelly could be released from prison in as little as 12 months. Justice Minister, Ken Clarke (now that’s a contradiction of terms…) wants between 500-700 prisoners given early release every year ‘unless they pose a serious risk’ to the public – Connelly is expected to be one of them having been given an IPP – an open ended indeterminate sentence.

There is no justice in this case…
