I have slowly been building up a shopping list on Amazon just lately. I am a confirmed Amazon addict; well, it’s all so easy ain’t it…?
Everything you want to buy is all there and everything get’s delivered within a few days. Great innovation you have to agree.
Well, I have been placing into my shopping cart a variety of DVD’s (The Walton’s series; Dad’s Army; Little House on the Prairie - I’m a child of the 70’s you see…) and quite a stack of books.
Which leaves me with the problem of where to store them when they all arrive; obviously a new set of bookshelves is going on the list. The only problem is where to place it…!!!

This is the easiest way to stay healthy, lose weight and achieve longevity. It’s no secret - all you have to do is have your ‘five a day’ of fresh fruit and vegetables.
Look at that box on the left; is it so hard to take one and fill it up with all those goodies provided by nature?
Apparently only 12 per cent of people consume the suggested daily intake of fruit and veg, and even less for children. Yet they happily gorge on junk food, which never fills you up and rots your insides. How do we know this…? Just look at all the obese kids around these days, and their equally obese parents.
There’s no harm in the occasional serving of fish ‘n chips, or a pizza here and there - but a box of the above in your weekly shopping trolley is the best family health insurance you can take out.

There’s no doubt about it - falling in love is the one sure way of shedding those excess pounds. And why is this…?
Think about it. Your metabolism plays the main role in maintaining your weight. When it’s sluggish you either stay the same weight or you pile it on. When your metabolism is running at high speed you burn the weight off. And what happens when you fall in love…?
You get that feeling of ‘butterflies’ in the tummy, the same feeling as when you are very nervous, stressed or suffering from an appalling case of stagefright. That’s the adrenalin flowing. Your appetite decreases, you eat less and, more importantly, your metabolism races along at full speed.
This bit about the adrenalin though - that’s the secret to fast weight loss it seems. All those weightloss pills on the market contain a drug that cause the metabolism to speed up and one common side effect is that fluttery feeling in the tummy; which is why if you intend to take these drugs, such as Phentermine, you are asked to avoid them if you already suffer from conditions such as over-active thyroid or hypertension in the first place. If you are already a naturally hyped-up person with lots of nervous energy you will be climbing the walls if you took a drug which exacerbated these aspects.
What we need though is a way to capture the essence of falling in love and bottle it…it would make a fortune - and would be so much nicer to take
