This is the easiest way to stay healthy, lose weight and achieve longevity. It’s no secret – all you have to do is have your ‘five a day’ of fresh fruit and vegetables.
Look at that box on the left; is it so hard to take one and fill it up with all those goodies provided by nature?
Apparently only 12 per cent of people consume the suggested daily intake of fruit and veg, and even less for children. Yet they happily gorge on junk food, which never fills you up and rots your insides. How do we know this…? Just look at all the obese kids around these days, and their equally obese parents.
There’s no harm in the occasional serving of fish ‘n chips, or a pizza here and there – but a box of the above in your weekly shopping trolley is the best family health insurance you can take out.
