It is crazy to look at the calendar today and realise that we are already into November – I cannot believe just how fast this year has gone, it has been the swiftest passage of a year that I can ever recall. I remember my dad saying that once you turn twenty-one the years will fly by and it has turned out that he was correct.

2009 will mean a lot of things to people; some will see it as the best year of their lives and many will be glad to see the 31st December come and go for it was not the best year if you were an investor or a young couple trying to buy your first home. 2009 surely will be defined as being the year of the credit crunch. I wonder if we had had our horoscopes available last year if things would have read any differently…?

I am not looking beyond December for now – in fact November never really rates as a month for me as it always goes so fast – I don’t count it at all. It seems as soon as it is November 1st it is already Xmas!
