Well, according to George Costanza they were the Moops which angered The Bubble Boy no end as he was convinced they were the Moors  – George proved his point by bursting a hole in the Bubble Boy’s bubble and that was the end of the argument…and the poor Bubble Boy.

Just goes to show that you should never take a game of Trivial Pursuit too seriously…

Now to the point of all this; after 400 years the Moors are demanding an apology from the Spanish Government for the suffering and exile forced upon them during the Spanish Inquisition – which was, I repeat, 400 years ago.

Why…?

I agree that the Inquisition Espagnol was a dodgy time not to be a Roman Catholic in Spain – or South America for that matter – but these Moors should cast their minds back over their own history.

When they invaded the Iberian Peninsula several centuries prior they literally slaughtered everything and everyone in front of them – that’s how things were done back then.

Personally I didn’t know there were any Moors (or Moops)  left!
