Cue the most famous musical theme in British TV history !!!
You all know the one I’m talking about – all you Mum’s out there will be well familiar with the Saturday scenario: the hands on the clock hit 6.45pm and a deathly silence falls over the house. Dad, the kids and even the dog suddenly freeze in front of the television and for the next 45 minutes you will not hear a peep from any of them – this is very well the only 45 minutes in the entire week where you can take a bath, go to the loo, wash your hair or eat a chocolate bar without any interference of any kind.

Now that must be worth a mint these days! But tonight is the night which Dr Who viewers have been both dreading and anticipating and I reckon the streets of the UK will be deserted at 6.30 tonight because they will all be in front of their TV’s. You know what…? I might even be one of them…
