This little girl has been missing for nine days now. As someone who lives in the south of France, near the Spanish border, I look out for this child each time I go out. As a mother of five children, should I see her I will go to all lengths to grab her.

Here, in this case is a lesson for us parents: Do NOT take your eyes off your child/children for one minute. Paedophiles are a very well organised unit. They involve police, politicians, doctors, lawyers, judges…all the people who are ’supposed’ to work on the side of the innocent…the victims.

Mr and Mrs McCann took this risk.

They are now regretting it.
